a generous helping of steak pie braised in ale, in savoury pastry served with your choice of potato, seasonal vegetables and gravy

Homemade Cottage Pie

a bed of top quality minced beef and onions, combined with carrots and peas, topped with creamy mashed potato sprinkled with melted cheese and served with your choice of potato and vegetables

a succulent cut of prime rump steak, cooked to your liking served with your choice of potato, garden peas, garnished with onion rings, mushrooms, and a light salad

Giant Yorkshire Pudding

with sausage, choice of potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich homemade gravy

Fox & Hounds Mega Mixed Grill

8oz. rump steak, cooked to your liking, an 8oz. pork steak, lamb chop,gammon steak, premium pork sausage served with a fried egg, mushrooms,onion rings, with your choice of potato, garden peas and a light salad garnish

Hot Chilli Con Carne

a homemade mexican favourite dish of finest well seasoned minced beef, onions with red kidney beans served with rice and nachos with garlic bread and a light salad

Fresh Traditional Fish and Chips (Friday Only)

cod or haddock fillet, deep fried in chefs beer batter, or in breadcrumbs, served with chipped potatoes, mushy or garden peas with tartar sauce

Homemade Vegetarian Cottage Pie

a bed of soya mince and onions, combined with carrots and peas in a vegetarian gravy topped with creamy mashed potato coated with melted cheese and served with your choice of potato and vegetables

Our company was established in October of 2001 and has been serving outstanding beers and home cooked food ever since. Of course the Fox and Hounds is a lot older than that and has been trading on this site since the early part of the nineteenth century.
